Vos Challenges


  1. Being in charge of the Risk Management (RM) evaluation process in line with the Risk Management guidelines:
  • Sentinel Approval Number (SAN):
  • Launch/update a SAN request based on the information provided by the Engagement Manager/Team.
  • Request update of Sentinel tree if required.
  • Engagement Acceptance (EA)/Engagement Continuance (EC)
  • Preparing a draft EA/EC in the Global CEAC dashboard for the review by the Manager and Partner
  • Engagement Letter (EL)/Multi-Firm Engagement (MFE):
  • Preparing Engagement Letters (CLMS tool) for review by the different stakeholders, sending the final EL to the client and following up on the client’s signature.
  • Preparing MFE for review by the different stakeholders, sending the final MFE to the foreign KPMG office and following up on the MFE’s signature.
  • Initiating the Procurement Process: Requesting and following up on the Purchase Order in the P2P tool for supplier’s bills including foreign KPMG offices.
  • Handling requests and supporting others in the daily use of in-house tools (Global CEAC, Sentinel, STAR, CRM).
  • Opening/updating/closing jobs in STAR (PMS) based on the instructions from the Engagement Team.
  • Drafting in collaboration with the Engagement Manager various RM documentations where necessary (e.g. reliance letters, non-disclosure agreement…) and taking care of sending and signature procedure.

  1. Preparing/finalizing the deliverables:
  • Drafting/formatting/finalizing documents (e.g. deliverables, PowerPoint presentations, reportings) related to the engagement based on the instructions from the Engagement Team.

  1. Organizing internal & external meetings.

  1. Providing billing support in collaboration with the Central Billing department:
  • Preparing cost updates, if required.
  • If necessary, proactively drafting and finalizing invoices/close outs/zero bills (print, save, send), with attention on special billing procedure requirements.
  • Running STAR reports (e.g. WIP report).

  1. Sharing knowledge:
  • Providing support to internal teams as well as guiding and coaching new team members.
  • If relevant, acting as Performance Manager.

Votre Profil


  • Strong Computer skills including Outlook and MS Office package (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some knowledge of anti-money laundering rules, Know-Your-Customer process.
  • Strong knowledge of internal tools (i.e. CRM, P2P, STAR, etc.)
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Results oriented, proactive, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Delivering high quality results.
  • Languages: fluent in English, and fluent in either French or German; any other language is considered as an asset.
  • Educational requirements: minimum degree: Baccalaureat/A-Levels; any other additional degree (e.g. bachelor’s degree, etc.) will be considered as an asset.

A first experience including a proven track record working within a fast-paced corporate environment (we are open to train young graduates).
