Technical Project Coordination

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and dependencies across multiple technical teams.
• Facilitate technical workshops, project reviews, and progress reporting.

Infrastructure (On‑Prem & Cloud)

• Support the design and implementation of hybrid IT architectures, combining on‑premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system modernization initiatives.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of deployed solutions.

Network, Security & Systems Fundamentals

• Collaborate with network and security teams to validate architecture requirements, connectivity, firewall rules, and system hardening.
• Understand and troubleshoot core infrastructure components (servers, virtual machines, identity services, storage, networking).
• Contribute to compliance with governance, security standards, and best practices.

Automation & DevOps Mindset (IaC / CI‑CD)

• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement activities.

Technical Documentation & Deliverables

• Produce clear and comprehensive technical deliverables.
• Ensure documentation is up‑to‑date, structured, and aligned with project and compliance needs.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
