Vos Challenges

Project Initiation & Planning

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the development of project timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to creating communication channels for project updates.

Project Leadership & Management

• Support the project team in day-to-day activities and track task progress.
• Assist in organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.

Budget, Timeline & Resource Management

• Help to track project costs and timelines under the supervision of senior managers.
• Assist in managing resource allocation and task distribution.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Prepare status updates for stakeholders and help maintain communication channels.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients and leadership.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Help to track and document project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Product Management & Enhancement

• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.
• Support senior product managers in defining product roadmaps.
• Contribute to product lifecycle activities by coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Work with product managers to prioritize product features.

Votre Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or product management support roles.

• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
