Vos Challenges

Financial Management

• Manage the complete PR/PO cycle: creation, monitoring, closure.
• Ensure budget availability and correct allocation of expenses.
• Integrate and maintain all necessary data for analytical reporting.
• Follow up on invoices and ensure alignment between services delivered and budget.
• Monitor IT budget consumption and raise alerts in case of discrepancies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology Platform, Facilities and HR teams.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams or leadership when needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of PR/PO processes and financial workflows.
• Knowledge of CapEx versus OpEx in an IT environment.
• Ability to analyze, structure and maintain financial data.

Votre Profil

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Experience in Finance, Procurement or IT environments is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and follow established procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset and service-focused approach.
• High level of rigor, organization and proactivity.
