Vos Challenges

Data Pipeline Design & Management

As a junior data engineer, you will :

• Assist in developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to handle structured and unstructured data. 
• Collaborate with senior data engineers to gather data requirements and implement data solutions optimized for performance in Fabric. 

Data Modeling & Database Management

As a data engineer, you will

• Create and maintain data models using Microsoft Fabric that support advanced reporting and analytics.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data models meet scalability requirements.

As a junior data engineer, you will

• Update and maintain data models using Microsoft Fabric that support advanced reporting and analytics.
• Help to optimize database performance and to ensure data models meet scalability requirements.

ETL / ELT Process Development

As a data engineer, you will

• Develop and manage complex ETL /ELT processes (using notebooks, dataflows, …).
• Implement data transformation rules and ensure timely data delivery to the business.

As a junior data engineer, you will

• Assist in the creation of ETL / ELT processes (using notebooks, dataflows, …).
• Implement data transformation rules and ensure timely data delivery to the business.

Data Integration Services

You will

• Leverage Microsoft Fabric & Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory and other services for data infrastructure.

Documentation

As a data engineer, you will

• Create and maintain detailed documentation on all data sources and data transformation rules.

As a junior data engineer, you will

• Help to maintain detailed documentation on all data sources and data transformation rules.

Votre Profil

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence roles (less than 2 years of experience for junior data engineers)
• Programming languages: Python with a specific focus on using the PySpark, SQL languages (T-SQL and Spark SQL). Java and Scala are considered as a plus.
• Data Warehousing & Databases: good knowledge on Lakehouse, Data Warehouses and MS SQL in Azure
• For data engineer: Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric (DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Associate Certification). For junior data engineer: proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric, DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Associate Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
